Job Purpose:

• To assist design center management daily activities
• To support design center daily activities
• To cooperate with other organizations, TR&D, HR, finance, purchasing, and etc.
• To oversee design center logistic and purchasing program

Job Description:

• Daily administrative arrangement
• Meeting arrangement and notification
• Preparation and updating reports and records as needed
• Project status tracking
• Collecting and checking of expense claims for managers
• Hotel / Car reservations for business visitors and trips
• Visitor budges and Cards
• Reconfirmation of travel tickets
• Visitor support
• Supporting staffs and visitors daily works and travels

Requirement:
• Positive attitude
• Skilled at MS office software
• Good speaking and written English
