Title: Dupont DPC QM intern
SBU: Dupont Performance Coatings
Location: DCHSH, Shanghai (Shanghai Zhangjiang)
Working time: 3 days per week, around 6 - 8 months
Responsibilities:
Maintain Cat A complaint handling process as complaint handler.
AP external customer complaint weekly data collection and reporting.
AP quality metrics data collection and consolidation.
Prepare Monthly Quality Metrics Report for region and business in regular and timely manner.
Prepare other quality reports assigned by supervisor.
Support users on quality metrics online database as administrator.
Qualification:
College degree or above.
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
Well data sensitive and high attention to detail and accuracy.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Good command of English, both in oral and writing skills.
