Supervise nursery field management Supervise temporary labors’ pollination quality, Take part in data collection in the nursery field. Ensure correct harvesting in nursery field.

Conducts experiments to completion according to specific procedures. Utilizes and maintains required equipment. Apply more advance machines to field work to increase higher working efficiency. Enhance communication with company’s worldwide research center in order to obtain and exchange the information of vendor. Enhance communication with safety team and account department to ensure the contract to be done immediately in safety manner.

Plans, organizes and supervises work of other employees. Assist in hiring and training the temporary employees to do field job including pollination, irrigation, fertilization and spraying chemical ensure the qualified performance in safe manner. Supervise the performance of Assistants Follow company’s safety policy.

Maintains, organizes, and summarizes results of experiments through the use of scientific database software. Study the new breeding technology and applications; Apply the technology into breeding activities;

Education: MS degree in agronomy, or plant breeding with the background and/or research work on plant breeding and/or genetics, experience in maize breeding or genetics is preferred

Experience: 2 years in working experience with at least 1 years in breeding and agricultural industry

Main Job duties:

? Plan-design Field & Greenhouse experiments and studies as assigned by Production Technology Lead function.

? Collect samples or data from production, foundation and stock-seed fields in China.

? Assist and conduct quality improvement research projects in Seed Production & Operations.

? Perform and participate in company meetings and crop field inspections at production locations with regional travel as required.

? Follow up on Production Technology related action items.

Job requirements:

? Education: master degree in Vegetable, Plant Protection and Agricultural Sciences.

? Experience: must have the experience of experimental design, sampling, data collection and analysis; nice to have 1-2 years experience in the field of seed production or seed physiology.

General Job Characteristics:

? Percentage of travel: 30-40%.

? Number of hours worked/week: 40-50 hours.

? Physical activity required: Considerable walking in site/Crop fields/Travel/Driving.

? Must be able to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate well with a team and an inquisitive personality.
