职位描述及要求：

西门子子公司Siemens VAI Metals Technologies Co., Ltd., Shanghai招communication team intern，要找大三/研二的同学，每周三天或以上，能持续六个月或以上。具体要求和申请方式如下：

Duration: At least 6 months; at least 3 days attendance for each week

Duties and responsibilities:

1）Providing support on monthly newsletter edit with innovative ideas,

i.e. topics, photos and news to be published on the newsletter.

2）Assisting coordination of company events, e.g. family day, new-year party, ceremony, workshop and conference.

3）Internal communication channel maintenance, i.e. update intranet and info board, posting notice/ Internal Memo, etc.

4）Administration support to the communication team.

5）Perform any other duties and responsibilities when necessary.

Skills and experience requirements:

1）Good oral and written English;

2）Ability to learn fast;

3）Ability to work on own initiative;

4）Ability to work independently and efficiently;

5）Customer oriented;

6）Good communication skill and organizational & cooperation ability;

7）Thinking innovative and strategic in general;

8）Common knowledge on how to edit a newsletter;

9）Proficient at MS Office Applications, esp. at MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Transportation:

Shuttle buses covering main areas of the city;

Close to Metro Line 5 that connects the southernmost station of Metro Line 1；

Reach downtown easily with convenient interchange.

Meal:

Free lunch provided in staff canteen.
