You can easily leave professional, persuasive and trustworthy impression to clients and are expert in understanding others, generating agreement, establishing rapport and building relationship. This is a very challenging and stressful job. The right person will be sent to Australia to learn the Performia full recruitment cycle. After that, you need to stick to the cycle to guide and support our clients to make sure all recruitment activities are performed and completed in the right way.
