岗位要求：

Traders (公司盤交易員) Requirements Bachelor Degree in Finance related studies Solid background in mathematics and statistics Good spoken/reading in English Good communication skills and commitment to teamwork Responsibilities Undertake trading activities on Stocks, Warrants or other derivatives instruments using company’s fund Manage positions to maximize intra-day trading revenue and sustained profitability Maintain and refine trading strategies and system parameters to facilitate trading and improve overall efficiencies of trading system Co-ordinate with relevant Risk, Middle Office and Back Office to perform post-trade and day-end settlement procedures Assist in projects relating to implementation of new trading strategies Preferred University graduate with working experience in securities and futures industry, or FX trading Algorithm programming in related platform (Matlab, Scilab, VBA for Excel) 招聘要求： 金融相关专业学士学位 熟悉数学与统计等相关背景知识 良好的英语读写听说能力 良好的沟通与团队合作能力 工作职责 使用公司提供的资金完成股票、权证或其他衍生产品交易 管理产品仓位，使得日间交易收入最大化，保持持续盈利 通过维护与改善交易策略与系统参数促进交易，提高交易系统总效率 协调相关风险、中台系统与后台系统，执行交易后分配与日终结算流程 协助实现新交易策略 具备以下条件者优先考虑 大学本科学历，具备证券或期货行业工作经验，或外汇交易经验 能够使用不同平台（如Matlab, Scilab, VBA 或Excel）实现算法编程
