测试系统事业部 / 调试工程师

工作地点：大连

职责描述：

· 负责产品现场技术支持：负责公司产品在用户现场的产品演示、应用测试和安装调试，解答客户问题；现场准确的判断产品故障并迅速排除故障；负责通过电话指导、远程调试方式，或者在现场协助用户或公司其他技术支持人员解决产品应用问题，完成用户现场的技术支持工作。

· 向客户提供培训：为客户，承包商以及服务合作伙伴提供产品应用方面的培训，指导正确使用公司产品。

· 总结经验建立技术支持数据库：做好技术支持记录文档，总结支持经验并及时反馈，协助公司客户服务部门建立完善技术支持数据库。

· 与其他部门合作：向研发部门提供公司产品使用情况反馈，协助研发；增强与用户的沟通联络，追踪产品使用情况，从技术角度辅助销售工作的进行。

任职条件：

· 内燃机、工业自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历。

· 接受过发动机相关技术培训，掌握相关发动机检测台架的测试控制技术及传感器技术，有2年以上发动机检测设备应用或维护经验者优先。

· 掌握相关内燃机知识，发动机及其零部件知识。

· 熟练应用各类办公软件；

· 具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。

· 能够熟练运用专业技术知识及时并快速的处理现场技术问题及测试设备故障。

· 在日常工作中能够与团队成员进行良好的沟通，并要有积极的协作态度

· 能适应经常出差。

Responsibilities:

· Technical support on-site: product demonstration at Client’s site, application test, installation and trial run; explanation of Client’s questions; accurate judgment of product failure and rapid trouble shooting; technical support work through telephone instruction, remote debugging, or assisting of Client/ technician to solve product application problems on-site;

· Provide training to Clients: training of product application for Clients, contractors as well as for service partners;

· Set-up data support database: documentation of technical support, assist Client’s service department to set-up and improve technical support database;

· Cooperate with other departments: provide feedback of product usage to the company R&D, assist the R enhance the communication with Client, tracing product usage, assist sales with technical support

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or higher in combustion engine/automation or relative specialties;

· Completed technical training in engine or relative specialties, be familiar with the test control technology and sensor technology of engine test buck, 2 years working experience in engine test and maintenance;

· Familiar with combustion engine, engine and the spare part;

· Familiar with MS-Office tools;

· Excellent English ability, both in oral and in writing;

· Hands-on, has the ability to solve the technical problem and test equipment failure on-site promptly;

· Good communication skills and team spirit;

· Adapted to frequent business trips
