Position: Receptionist

要求国家英语六级水平，或国家英语专业四级水平。

POSITION PURPOSE
Conduct office administration work, including office management, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and reception of guests, etc. Assist HR team on personal profile management, interview scheduling and other HR related assignments.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Initial point of contact for all associates and visitors contacting the Asia Sourcing Office.
2) Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to: switchboard handling, company van arrangement, payment request handling, update the internal telephone directory and preferred hotel list, manage International and domestic couriers deliveries, orders necessary office supplies.
3) Manage admin suppliers and build up professional relationships
4) Manage Shanghai Residence Certificate application and renewal process for Shanghai office associates.
5) Issue the invitation letters and coordinate with vendor on visa application issues.
6) Manage associate personal files and keep updated.
7) Assist HR Assistant Manager & Managers with the associate on boarding/exit process and interview scheduling.
8) Prepare associate employment contracts and follow up on the signing and update the tracking status.
9) Responsible for the coordination of monthly associate celebrations and other company events as scheduled.
10) Take training attendance records

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, English, Business Management or related field preferred; recent graduates and senior year university student will be considered.

1) Good interpersonal and communications skills and able to interact with people in both Chinese and English.
2) Good computer skills for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Position: Packaging Engineer

POSITION PURPOSE

The Packaging Engineer position will support the growth, quality and productivity initiative in Asia sourcing office in line with THD global strategy. The Packaging engineer will be responsible in planning, executing and controlling the packaging projects so that we have 100% quality and timely execution in line with THD and packaging standards. As a subject matter expert, he/she will be also required to support daily project transactions by working with cross functional teams in THD and also with suppliers and manufactures to resolve the packaging defects and issues. He will be based at Shanghai and will report to the packaging manager..

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

n Execute the packaging projects in ASO in line with the packaging standards and Standard Operation Procedures

n Identify the Packaging tasks/projects using THD product onboarding system and work with suppliers, Service providers and internal team in planning and executing them

n Validate packaging tests and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards, industry requirements and historical data, and THD requirements as described in SBA. Transfer packaging CTQs into tailor made quality control programs as appropriate

n Review the packaging CTQs and specifications for any new product or product enhancements

n Review/develop the packaging Test Protocol for conducting Pre purchase testing.

n Review the test reports from services providers for packaging namely PPT report and PSI reports

n Work with Suppliers/SP and SQE/Sourcing leaders/merchants and identity the CAPA and drive to close the CAPA actions

n Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, factories, service providers, and packaging vendors.

n Train the Service providers and suppliers on the THD packaging standards and updates as required

n Learn/develop the packaging knowledge and expertise

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

n Four-year advanced technical or engineering degree preferred

n Bachelor degree or above in Packaging or others

n In depth knowledge in quality assurance and quality control

n Good project management experience and organization skills

n Cross function communication skills English / Mandarin Oral / Written Computer

n Knowledge of the following areas:

? Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc.,

? Packaging structure design & Packaging test

? Flexography, Offset, Screen Printing technology

? Conventional and Digital pre-press technologies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1） Positive can do attitude to try and solve any problem

2）Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

3）Self starter

4）Experience in the Home Improvement and retail industry preferred

5） Independently sees projects through to an end result

6） Proven ability to execute and deliver on time

7）Six Sigma /ISO Quality trained
