Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications is preferred Excellent in spoken & written English language skills Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Self directed and proactive. Highly analytical and mathematical oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills Forward looking attitude and have proven track records in process improvement and/or cost reduction implementation. Key Accountabilities: 1)Production schedule: Monitor customer orders on daily basis Coordinate with customer service to ensure orders are confirmed timely and orders can be filled within the customer requested date Optimize production schedules and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure efficiency Track and improve on production schedule performance via ATS metrics Assist in global or regional planning for customer orders Maintaining and updating of middle term schedule plan - SBSM Maintain MRP settings in SAP for all materials 2)Raw material and packaging planning: Monitor and review the consumption of raw materials and packaging Make plan for raw materials replenishment and ensure continuous supply to meet production Conduct periodic review to optimize the safety stock settings for raw materials Assist purchaser to ensure optimized packaging planning 3)Inventory: Responsible to lead effort to minimize inventory on-hand Responsible to perform period analysis on slow movers and blocked stock Coordinate with commercial, customer service, manufacturing, warehouse, and quality to reduce slow movers and blocked stocks 4) Projects: Initiate or lead effort in projects to improve supply chain processes 请将简历发送至 HRSuzhou@(请注明职位以及所属学校) 首诺高功能薄膜(苏州)有限公司 联系人:孙女士 公司地址:苏州工业园区唯亭镇望江路129号 公司网址:ww***com[点击查看]
