Test Engineer

Job Description
l Candidate need to work in Flextronics Suzhou plant and be responsible for support of Flex/Ultra-Flex analog instrumentations debug and failure analysis

l Be responsible for driving and facilitating all aspects of analog instrument production, yield, and reliability improvement.

l Support engineering team on new product transfer, part qualification work, and software qualification work

l Interface with suppliers, Design Engineering, board test and manufacturing team to achieve desired improvement goals.

l Conduct product performance and reliability analysis to help improving product

l Initiate conference meeting with US engineering team on technical issues when necessary

Requirements

l Typically requires BS or above in E.E, Automation or related

l Excellent knowledge of analog circuit theory is a must

l Great analytical skills and logic thinking, good timing management skills is a must

l Great communication skills in Chinese and English, Both written and oral communication skills are required

l Previous analog PCBA debug experience is a must.

l Previous RF PCBA debug experience is a plus

l Software programming experiences a plus.

l Knowledge of Teradyne SOC system is a plus

l Be able to work independently and work hard

l Eager to learn new things and have strong self-discipline

l Must be willing to travel to US and other Teradyne sites for training purposes

l Knowledge/understanding of embedded converters, diagnose and resolve ac performance spec issues, by use of spectrum analyzers and audio precision equipment.

l Ability to analyze and debug complex ac circuits/schematics, such as AC signal generators, Hi pass filters, low pass filters, differential amplifiers etc
