一、 公司简介 CONRAY (ASIA) LIMITED康威 (亚洲) 有限公司始建于1984年，主要从事中德贸易、技术咨询、机械设备及卡车销售（包括售后服务、配件供应），分别在德国和中国大陆设有分支机构。2009年成立的北京康威德国际通用设备有限公司是CONRAY (ASIA) LIMITED康威 (亚洲) 有限公司在华设立的独资公司， 在中国销售德国WASHTEC公司自动洗车系统并提供相关售后服务。公司注重员工发展，为员工提供有意义、有挑战的工作；通过有效的沟通和有竞争力的奖励，帮助员工提高对工作的满意度。 二、 需求信息 1）Structural Engineer 结构工程师（应届本科/研究生） · Bachelor degree or above, major in constructional engineering, civil engineering, or other relevant. · Experience and ability to make load calculation construction plan ·Able to design small project or subsidiary project independently. ·Professionalism and team player. ·Good communication skills. ·Fluent in English and international companies experience preferred. ·Good command of MS Office, Autocad, SAP 2000 or similar Required Qualification: - 正规院校本科以上学历，结构专业、工民建或土木工程专业； - 具有大、中型项目结构方案设计及施工图设计能力和经验； - 协助专业负责人完成大型项目的结构设计工作； - 独立承担小型项目或子项的结构设计工作； - 有较强的专业技术能力、良好的合作精神； - 敬业踏实，认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力； - 熟练使用PKPM、ETABS、SAP2000、ANSYS等结构计算软件； - 适应出差工作。 2）Project Manager 项目经理（应届本科/研究生） - Plans, directs, coordinates, and budgets, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems related to car wash and petrol station in China. 参与洗车站建设项目的概念发展，并按照建筑项目生命周期管理的要求，监督项目的组织、行程安排和执行。 - Participates in the conceptual development of wash car station construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation in compliance with the Construction Lifecycle Management Process requirements. 为建筑、结构维护、基础设施、系统等一些与洗车机和中石油加油站相关的项目，做规划、指导、协调和预算 - Communicates directly with car wash station and Construction group concerning car wash station design, cost, staffing and scheduling. 就洗车站设计、成本、人员编制、行程安排等问题，直接与洗车站和建筑单位进行沟通； - Prepares car wash station execution plan and status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to required specifications. 准备洗车站的执行计划和状况报告，确保计划按照具体要求得以执行； - - Other works assigned by the team公司委派的其他工作； Required Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering - Fluent in English, international companies experience preferred. - Good command of MS office, Autocad.
