For more information about our company, please visit our website at ww***com[点击查看] ww***.cn[点击查看] Reporting Line: - Report to the Sales Director. - Note: The Sales Director has another secretary to provide daily administrative support such as travel arrangement, meeting scheduling, expense reimbursement. Responsibilities: (1) Administrative Support and Coordination Work: - Assist the Sales Director in sales team management - Ensure sales operation to comply with the Company’s SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) - Cooperate with China Head Office and communicate with Supporting Teams on a daily basis - Play the role of a coordinator and facilitate cross-department collaboration (2) Business Data Analysis - Produce timely sales data analysis, management reporting and key business performance statistics to facilitate management on operation monitoring, reviewing and planning. Present to the Sales Director for the monthly meetings. - Use data analysis tools skilfully and be responsible for report preparation, communication and implementation. - Based on the needs of sales management, build a data analysis model and a tracking system to monitor sales performance on an on-going basis, and provide timely feedback to sales teams. (3) Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director Requirements: Education: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree - Major in Business Management, Marketing or other relevant disciplines - MBA is a plus but not a must Language: - Must be a native English speaker, without or with a very light accent. - It is preferred that he/she cannot speak Chinese or can only speak a little Chinese. Computer: - High level of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Internet search Core competencies: - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Structural thinking, with clear logic - Analytical power, data sensitive - Attention to details - Fast learner, adaptive to changing environment, tolerant for ambiguity - Proactive, self motivated, can work under pressure
