1. EIT Buyer(采购员培训生)：

Job Description：

l Through closely tracking with vendors to ensure materials on-time delivery and availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule;

l Control materials cost and the inventory to keep company competitive;

l Monitor, track, improve and provide feedback on Supplier’s performance on delivery, quality and services;

l Coordinate with Quality Engineer, System Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer for materials quality problems.

Requirement：

l Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;

l Quick learner, able to work under pressure;

l Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;

l Major unlimited, Management、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred;

2. EIT Planner(计划员培训生)：

Job Description:

l Communicate with customer about the PO and shipment information;

l Analyze capacity and material ability;

l Production build plan for Manufacturing to follow the schedule;

l Deliver schedule and shipment request;

l Revenue update.

Requirement：

l Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;

l Quick learner, able to work under pressure;

l Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;

l Major unlimited, Business Administration、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred.

3. EIT Inventory Analyst(库存分析员培训生):

Job Description:

l Ensure on time materials supply for production line, pre-alert & analyze any shortages & closely follow up;

l Maintain inventory accuracy though cycle count & physical inventory, discrepancies root cause investigation & analysis;

l Continually focus in improving the Inventory Control operation;

l Work with whole materials team to serve workcell business development

Requirement:

l Bachelor Degree, major in Statistics /Mathematics/Technology/ Mathematics is preferred;

l Good command of English in both spoken and written English, quick learner;

4. EIT Manufacturing Engineer （制造工程师培训生）：

Job Description:

l Design and optimize product’s manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability;

l Equipment capability study and evaluation and lead to minimize machine downtime;

l Specify equipment’s financial justification;

l Optimize Production line layout to meet IE standards;

l NPI (New production Introduction) technical support and design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products;

l Support BUM (Business Unit Manager) by Providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;

l Generate and maintain relevant engineering document to meet production requirement.

Requirement:

l Bachelor Degree with good English;

l Major in Automation, Mechanical engineering;

l Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork Spirit.

5．EIT Industrial Engineer（工业工程师培训生）:

Job Description:

l Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly;

l Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system;

l Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines’ performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process;

l Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;

l NPI (New production Introduction) technical support;

l Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product;

l Generate and maintain relevant engineering documents to meet production requirements.

Requirement:

l Bachelor Degree with good English;

l Major in Industrial Engineering;

l Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.

6. EIT TE Engineer(测试工程师培训生)：

Job Description:

l Design /develop test process in conjunction with the customer;

l To lead and guide a group of test technicians for supporting production lines;

l To interface with vendors and supplies for machine maintenance and calibration;

l Support production lines for minimum machine downtime and maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement;

l Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission.

Requirement:

l Bachelor Degree with good English;

l Good technical background, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing.

7. EIT QA Engineer(品质工程师培训生)：

Job Description:

l Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions;

l Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions;

l Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality;

l Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift;

l Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.

Requirement:

l Bachelor Degree with good English;

l Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing.

8. EIT Line Supervisor (生产主管培训生)

Job Description & Requirement:

l Maximize product quality and efficiency；

l Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload depending on product priority;

l Bachelor Degree with engineering or management background.

l Good English, responsible, good communication skill, able to work under pressure and do shift work.
