Position: Intern, Sales and Marketing

Work location: Hong Kong

Duration: 8-10 weeks in summer 2012

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

Working in the Sales and Marketing team, you will be assisting the day-to-day client servicing tasks as well as sales and marketing efforts as assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assisting members in the Sales and Marketing team to provide excellent sales support to external clients

· Maintain customer database / sales system administration, and ensure up-to-date inventories on product or investment marketing materials

· Prepare proposal, presentation, analysis and reports

· Conduct research on new prospects and markets

· Participate in projects as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

· Penultimate undergraduate in pursuit of a bachelor or master degree. Majoring in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering an advantage

KEY COMPETENCIES

· Outstanding academic achievement

· With compelling interest and good knowledge of the financial markets

· A good team player with business acumen, sound in analytics and problem solving

· With high learning agility and positive curiosity

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

· High degree of literacy in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
