Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, servicing and developing our United States customer base. The candidate will have the following competencies -Excellent people skills -Excellent conflict resolution skills - Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure - Lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning - Positive attitude with a genuine desire for career progression - Excellent time management & documentation skills - Work well in a team environment - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - High level of spoken English.
