Job Description

Graduate Trainees

Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou

We will have a development plan for the trainees to build up talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and geographies, for offices across Marsh. Graduate trainees will participate in structured activities such as trainings, leadership development, networking sessions and business rotational attachments, providing them with comprehensive technical & personal development opportunities

.Essential Functions:

Work side by side with knowledgeable senior risk professionals managing current client accounts as well as assisting with new client development.

Analyze client risk, develop and present recommendations, and implement solutions.

Help to offset clients' risks through customized solutions that increase revenue, enhance net income, and strengthen the bottom line

Requirements:

Insurance related major

0-2 years of working experience

Bachelor degree or above

Good command of both English and Chinese

Good PC Skills including Microsoft Office

Willingness to invest in their own future with Marsh for min of 3 years

Leadership capability & potential

Learning agility / Analytical Thinking / Creativity

Potential for geographical mobility

Has appreciation for diversity and a global perspective of things
