IT Operations Support

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

Support end-user, maintain and purchase hardware, implement related projects with the objective of improving company operation effectiveness and efficiency and reducing operation risk and cost within TE strategy and TE system compliance requirements.

Software

1. Audit software in order to ensure users comply with Co A standards; Remove non-Co A programs from user computers

2. Periodically check and monitor anti-virus updates; clean infected computers of viruses and report to IT manager.

3. Conduct software upgrades on an basis based on specific user requirements,

4. Conduct new software testing to ensure it complies with existing system

Hardware & Network

1. Hardware Conduct installation, maintenance and upgrading of hardware (including, PC, workstation, printers)

2. Purchase order with Dell & Contact Vendors. Payment form with invoices

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

- College student (major in computer science, communication technology preferred);

- English (oral and written);

- Computer literacy
