Purpose and Objective of Job

Installed Base Maintenance and Support (IMS) is a dynamic and growing global o

rganization within SAP Active Global Service & Support, recognized for its wor

ld-class services and support offerings. IMS supports SAP's customers worldwi

de as the product owner for all products in mass shipment.

SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) is a corporate performance manag

ement software that focuses on financial budgeting and consolidation as well a

s collaboration through reports and scorecards.

We search for engaged persons joining our team to execute IMS quality manageme

nt tasks efficiently and in good quality - for customers as well as SAP-inter

nally.

Expectations and Tasks of Job

Preferred candidates will be team player, customer and service oriented, motiv

ated and reliable. Tasks include:

Work in an international team support customers by solving their suppo

rt messages, creating support notes and documentation

Availability as contact person for most questions regarding quality, p

rocess and compliance issues

Support of the IMS teams who need quality management specific advice a

nd knowledge

Contribute on continuous improvement of software quality (stability, r

obustness, performance, TCO, ...)

Provide support and training to other colleagues

Participate in important projects (e.g. workload reduction)

Provide regular product feedbacks or customer feedbacks to development

team

Work Experience

Work experience in software development or maintenance.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

B.S or above in computer science, engineering or mathematics, etc.

Knowledge about SAP software development processes including product S

tandards (PIL) and validation and assembly processes

Knowledge of SAP's product, quality and process standards

Ability to implement improvements of IMS quality processes ( e.g. corr

ection and maintenance strategy )

Good analytical, problem-solving skills

Strong listening and time management skills

A tenacity and patience to seek pragmatic and effective solutions

Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
