JD for Finance Manager: l Responsibilities: - Ensuring the timely and accurate production of Periodic, Quarterly & Year End Accounts for submission to the Corporate Head Office under HGB Policies - Production of Annual Chinese Statutory Accounts for submission to the appropriate authorities - Production & submission of Annual Corporation Tax return to the Tax Authorities - Internal Control & Complianceactivity under guidance from Corporate - Ensuring compliance for such matters as VAT returns and other Government, Municipal and Taxation Authority Requirements - Communicate and enforce Corporate Policies and procedures - Constantly develop and approve appropriate financial and management reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations as well as other Key Performance Indicators - Assist in the implementation and continuous development of the business management ERP system - Develop and enforce company wide methods of Working Capital management to improve the company Return on Capital Employed - Review periodic Balance Sheet reconciliations - Review of Payroll - Control periodic intercompany transaction reconciliation process - Contract WIP and advance billings reconciliations l Requirements: - Professional accounting qualification - Experience of running a finance function - Experience within a global corporate environment - Experience of multi currency accounting - Strong people management skills and able to communicate through all levels of the organization - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions - Develops project plans; Communicates changes and progress - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software with particular reference to Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Must be prepared to travel occasionally within China and Internationally - English Language Skills Please send your latest resumes to the mail Lwang@ as the form of Name University name Phone number
