Position: IT Application Engineer

Job Grade:

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd level support for field automation IT solutions

o ServiceChexx for F&B

o International 360 Advisor for Inst

o KayAdvantage for Kay, and Food Retail of Inst

Support and enhance local application systems

o Contract Management System

o Expense management system

Act as a business analyst and collect IT application system related requirements and work with different teams for solution delivery

Coordinate for the rollout of other non-ERP applications

Work on other ad-hoc IT application support or development related tasks

Advanced MS office skill set, especially in Excel, Access and VBA

Experienced in report designing with Crystal Report

SAP BI experience is a plus

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Computer Science or relevant

Experience with database and system maintenance will be preferred

Solid experience using VB .net and SQL statement for programming

Knowledge of implementing IT solution with business process enhancement

Good communication and presentation skills

Well organized, self motivated and proactive

Good English
