1、Management Trainee管理培训生/Process Improvement Engineer 流程改善工程师（10名）

Key Responsibilities工作职责

1、Coordinate to plan and monitor the performance of both business processes and manufacturing processes;

2、Assist to setup quality system/platform in company, such as lean, six sigma, TPM, etc;

3、Work together with team to continuously monitor GMP requirement, and interface with FDA authority to ensure 100% compliance with it;

4、Support to drive working process improvement project across function to build manufacture capability/tools and process to continuously eliminate losses in current system;

5、Focus on different customer quality requirement and help to adopt company current system to meet the customer's needs.

Key Competence 招聘要求

1、Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Packaging, etc

机械/化工/包装相关专业

2、Bachelor degree holder with good English both in oral& written and computer skills;

本科学历,熟练的英语书面表达及口语，良好的计算机操作水平

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Co ordinate with plant engineering for Maintenance excellence and best practices.
2,Initiate analysis and actions over repeated failures. Lead small projects for machine improvement..
3, Coach maintenance team as well as production towards autonomous maintenance
4, Optimize PM procedures and practices
5, Use metrics to guide efforts of the department

KEY COMPETENCIES
1, Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) from a reputed institute
2, Exposure to Software based maintenance /planning systems
3, Good knowledge and actual practices on engineering managements and automated equipments.
4, Good English and Chinese both in oral and written
5, Good sense of sub-ordinate development and team building

Report to: Supply Chain Manager

JD:

1、Overall responsibility of Purchasing Dept. for all domestic and imported items procurement and related follow up; team management and building

2、Co-ordination internally (EPGL/Supply Chain) and externally (EP H.O./ EP other units, suppliers / service parties & agents / customs / commodity inspection etc.)

3、EP H.O./EPGL/Supply Chain procedure and system implementation; Pur.Dept. procedure and system improvement; various reports and statistics

4、Monitoring on price / budget; cost saving program generating and follow up

5、Contract / agreement review

6、ISMS implementation and maintenance

7、To ensure that all team members, concerned contractors and third party users understand and follow the Information Security Policies and Procedures.

8、To carry out the related responsibilities authorized by Information Security Policies

Profession Competency:

1、Good knowledge and actual practices on procurement, negotiations, supplier management, cost saving sense, contract terms

2、Familiar with customs / commodity inspection rules and practices

3、Good English both in oral and written

4、Familiar with SAP or other ERP system

5、Good computer skills

关键职责：

1、操作、维护和保养制管机器，排除设备故障；

2、监控产品质量及管理本线生产工；

3、生产现场5S、GMP的维护及日常报表的记录；

任职资格：

1、中专或高中以上学历，机械类专业

2、一年以上生产设备操作、维护和设备保养工作经验

3、有食品、化妆品、快速消费品等相关行业的工作经验优先

4、服从意识强，愿意倒班
