Position: Researcher Intern
Job Responsibilities:
General Research
- Assist in developing a list of target companies to which candidates can be sourced for particular recruitment projects.
- Search candidates for assigned recruitment projects by cold calling.
- Conduct cold calls to relevant candidates based on the target list and collect /define profiles of potential candidates.
- Collection and input of potential candidates profiles into systemized database
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and research skill
- Good command in English writing and speaking
- Great willingness to learn and cooperate
- Open personality and ready to undertake challenges
