Position: Researcher Report to: Team Leader Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:

- Searching, gathering and selection of relevant information of target companies for potential candidates screening process for assigned recruitment projects.

- Cold calling to candidates for CV collection

- CV formulation, profiling for interview screening process

- Interview arrangement with candidates and clients in cooperation with consultants serving for assigned projects

- Candidate and client data entry, update and maintenance

- Recruitment project follow-up and feedback reporting

- Sales activity, pipeline reporting and KPI fulfilling

Requirements:

- Sound communication skills - ability to find out key information by conducting cold calls and communicate smoothly with internal team members

- Good command in English writing and speaking

- Ability to understand business market intelligence and differentiate industry trends and talent profiling

- Cooperative with team-play spirit

- An active thinker for solutions with problem solving skills

- Open personality and ready to undertake challenges
