(customer database) and maintain the database on a daily basis. ＊ Keep records of all quotations, won and lost orders, and provide regular reports of activities and sales forecasts ＊ Support new product launches, attend conferences and gather market intelligence. ＊ Excellent spoken and written English is essential Work with colleagues in marketing, product management, and NPI functions to improve current products, sales documentation and define market trends. ＊ Optimize customer satisfaction by clearly communicating the order details to UK, and working with operations and later customer support to ensure we meet and exceed our customers expectations. 学历要求： University degree in physics, or other relevant technical subject.
