Stratley is an international consulting company that offers high-level management consulting service to its clients, covering strategic, organizational and operative topics. Stratley’s clients primarily come from the chemical industry. Our target clients are mid-size and large Western chemical companies as well as Chinese companies that are becoming global players. Stratley AG has recently intensified its activites in China. After opening our Shanghai representative office in 2005, we would like to extend our staff of native Chinese consultants starting from October 1st. Typically, consultants will

* conduct desk research and gather market data
* build spreadsheet models to analyze data
* conduct interviews with clients and industry experts
* moderate workshops
* support developing corporate strategies
* communicate results orally and in writing to team members and clients, prepare presentations
* support project acquisition in China

Candidate's Requirements:

* University degree from top-tier colleges (Master, Bachelor only with outstanding qualifications) with excellent marks
* Strong communication ability
* Excellent understanding of economy related topics
* Team spirit
* Mother language Chinese
* Very good English skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Familiar with MS Office

Preferable:

* Relevant working experience
* Relevant internships
* International experience
