l Bachelor Degree with good English;
l Major in Industrial Engineering;
l Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
Job Description: l Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly; l Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system; l Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines’ performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process; l Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations; l NPI (New production Introduction) technical support; l Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product; l Generate and maintain relevant engineering documents to meet production requirements.
