Location: Shanghai-Xuhui

Position: Receptionist

Requirements:
Purpose
Provide reception support and part of general administrative duties to our employees, customers, supplies and partner.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls & take massages in a professional way;
- Greet all visitors in a professional way with company Visiting Policy;
- Administer all mails, letters and express deliveries;
- Travel schedule planning with tickets & various business reservations for the people of business travel;
- Office supply (stationeries, office equipments, tea room, etc.)
- Provide monthly employee attendance report and leave report;
- Daily Office Stationery and Express management with monthly reports;
- Administer office equipment maintenance and repair.
- Other performs and assignments as required by department.

Education
- College graduation or above;
- Capable of both Chinese Mandarin and English;
- Good skills in MS Office software, such as Word and Excel.

Experience
- 1 years of relevant working or experience;
- This year's graduate is also accepted.

Other
- Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skill;
- Enthusiastic, initiative, supportive and co-operative in team work;
- High efficiency and quick learning.
