Job Description:
Responsible for incoming call and receiving visitors
Responsible for post, courier and delivery
Meeting room reservation
Arrange pick-up service for overseas visitors
Visa related business( invitation letter etc.)
Responsible for administrative work under office administrator supervision, such as office supply management etc.
Other administrative matters
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate student (Female)
Good English skills in spoken and written
Good computer skills in MS office
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Having related working experience preference
