Job description

Training
- Support on internal training plan and organization
- Search related information and set up Intranet area "Training and Development"
- Support on eBest PR process for vendor payment
- Document review and translation if needed
- Training related statistics consolidation
- Other tasks assigned

Internal Communication and company branding
- Support on HR voice in monthly newsletter
- Bi-monthly Mixer
- Support on Campus recruiting project

Requirements
- Intern experience in MNC preferred; related working experience preferred
- Well organized, ability to prioritize works
- Ability to learn in a fast and smart way
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English
- Good at Microsoft Office software
- Can work continuously at least 6 months
