Responsibilities,
1. Welcome and check in the guests in a polite and professional manner
2. Meet and greet employees, guests, clients
3. Provide assistance with telephone switchboard, and conference rooms/training center bookings
4. Knowledge of how to access systems for visitor registration and conference room bookings
5. Prepare regular reports
6. Issue a security access card and visitor badge to each visitor after verify and record visitor's ID.
7. Direct all courier deliveries to use the goods delivery lift
8. Maintain the meeting room function set-up and user's authorization in e-meeting room system
Requirements,
1. Associate degree in English or Administration related majors
2. Good command of speaking and writing English
3. Good client service manner
4. Optimistic, out-going style is preferred
5. Fresh graduates are welcome
