[B]Responsibilities:[/B]
Develop and implement solutions for inventory research tools and supply chain optimization based on business users' requirements.
These tools are built for the use in item research, order placement and inventory management across the supply chain pipeline for OR across GP offices and for all retail markets.
Subject matter expert providing expert advice in different system applications, data extraction for the implementation of new process, tools and reports.
Change management support to ensure successful deployment of system / application and/or business process re-engineering.
Facilitate OR system problem resolution with GP ISD dept and various retail markets.
[size=3][B] [/B][/size] Execute data mining to make sure tools and reports contain the accurate information.
[size=3][B] [/B][/size]Build SQL from Tera Data and reconstruct into Users' interfaces in Excel or Access format by Macro and VBA.

Support bug fixing, version control and enhancement evaluation of internal OR tools
Assists project leader in projects delivery and deployment.
Support ad-hoc management reporting requirements and translate into relevant business management tools.
Assist in delivering training sessions (technical and non-technical) for OR in all GP offices
Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

[B]Requirements:[/B]
Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint & Chinese Input. Hands-on experience on writing MS Access Queries/Excel Macro
Highly skilled in business mapping and process reengineering.
[B] [/B]Proficient in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain theory/tools and experience in data warehouse will be advantageous.

Advanced Technical Skills in program/Codes writing.
Advanced knowledge in Mathematics calculations and statistics
Work independently and deliver a consistent high level of performance.
Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously
Able to think and execute operationally while developing practical responses to issues where there is no clear precedent.
Deliver training workshops for OR in all GP offices, adds to team knowledge and effectiveness.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels. Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Good command of English and local language
