JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist

REPORT TO: Director of Sales & Marketing

LOCATION: Cupertino, California, USA

PURPOSE

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for representing Anjie in all activities associated with direct account support, products, policies, procedures through channel distribution within the assigned territories.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be the primary contact of the key customer's engineering/procurement department.

Maintain and develop deep-rooted relationship with the key customer and partners.

Ability to manage new projects/programs, driving and working closely with internal and external team members to ensure the projects are delivered within the budget achieving major milestones to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

Ability to meet the requirements (such as RFQs, samples, contract negotiations, ongoing support, etc.) from the customers.

Work with customer's contract manufacturers to track the project production status, etc.

Ability to promote company's products, service, solutions to the customers and answer questions regarding functionality/features of the products and services.

Approach and build relationships with potential customers. (Such as customers from automotive, industrial equipment and medical industry)

Complete other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fast paced growth environment.

Some over time working will be required.

Some international travel and teleconference will be required.

KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIRED:

College education.

2 years or above field experience of marketing & sales or mechanical designing will be preferred.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation and soft skills such as communication, problem solving, and team working.

Good understanding of foam, insulator, tape, and gasket will be preferred.

Successful experience in project management is preferred.

High level of competency with computer applications (emails, excel, word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft software,)
