Monitor Group would like to invite outstanding students from all majors and universities graduating in 2013 and 2014 to apply for our PTA position in Shanghai. PTA will work closely with our experienced consultants to support the case team and deliver value to clients. The PTA experience with Monitor Group serves as a key foundation for students to develop consulting skills in a wide range of industries and client settings.
Position Description:
As a PTA, your initial assignments will mainly focus on:
Secondary research on given industries and companies
Interviews, both telephone & face-to-face
Data analysis
Result summary & delivery

To support your growth and development, we offer structured training programs at the beginning of the PTA program, followed by series of on-the-job trainings through projects
Fast-Track from PTA to Summer Intern and Full Time Offer:
Based on the performance assessment, outstanding PTAs will be ensured opportunities in:
Summer intern program
Full-time job reference
What we look for:
Applicants who demonstrate superior academic and extracurricular records
Excellent Chinese and English proficiency
Familiar with all the office software, esp. word, excel and powerpoint
Outstanding analytical, communication skills and teamwork spirits
Time bandwidth work with the case team 2 days per week as needed
