Sys Ops - System Operator: Windows - English - Shenzhen - 英语技术支持专员
Job description
1. A member in a team that consists of staff with 24x7 multitasking operations environment. Efficiently monitor the delivery of services reliant on batch streams and system status by providing first level technical support & setting priorities on service delivery for a broad client around the world.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective batch through put to prevent any adverse impacts to service levels
- Ensure corrective action taken to provide service availability & functionality.
- Support the practices & procedures of the technical & client accreditation framework
- Perform Mainframe or Linux System Operations functions.
- Monitor Event Management Consoles. (Solve Operations)
- Implement Change requests when required.
- Liaise with relevant Support Teams

3.Qualifications:
-Major in Computer Science or English

Required
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
At least 1 year experience in Linux operation
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent

Additional information
Rotation is required for this position.
