Title:Intern National Customer Service Rep SBU:DCP - Shanghai, Pudong Internship period: 1-2 months (Full Time Job) Key objective & responsibilities： 1.Work with CSR to make sure data key in system promptly and data quality on sales function. 2.Work with planner and transportation supervisor to deliver the finished product to sub warehouse in time to meet marketing requirement. 3.Provide strong support on sales function in SAP to SPA operator. 4.Provide good quality of report to meet all level people s requirement in the marketing. 5.Follow up the procedure to work on goods return control, billing, payment term, price overwrite control and customer complaint. Skill and knowledge required 1.Undergraduate studying at campus. 2.Hands on computer skills & Excel operation skills. 3.Good command of English and Mandarin.
