招聘内容 Main Responsibilities:  Communicate with clients for job description and new position opened;  Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels;  Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;  Communicate with candidates for initial selection;  Further interview with candidates, and complete assessment reports;  Work with department manager for big projects;  Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates;  Provide consulting services / advices to candidates;  Complete other tasks assigned by department manager. General Profile:  Bachelor Degree or Above;  More than 3 years' working experiences;  Good English speaking;  Proficient in email communications;  Have deep understanding of job descriptions;  Detail, focus, and good in analysis
