Job Title：Cost Team Assistant

Job Description
To assist in the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the project requirements
- Assist in project estimate, tender, variation order audit, settlement
- Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document

- Taking off quantities per drawing
- Cost analysis and report
- Finish other works appointed by line manager

Jod Requirement
- Bachelor degree of structure/architectural background

- Know about FIDIC and other contract format

- CET-6 above, good spoken/written English
- Skilled in computer soft, especially in MS-Office and AutoCAD
- Teamwork spirit, Obedience, Good communication skill, Open mind to new things
- Ability to work under pressure, willing to do overtime work
