职位描述
1. HR Intern

Responsibilities-

Responsible for new employees or interns on-board/leaving staffs exit procedure.

Staff personnel file management.
Staff email account management, like creation, redirection and deletion.

Staff monthly leave and vacation status collection and checking.

HR tracking reports, personnel information database and other HR documentation.

Help HR team members to organize meeting, training courses etc.

Support direct manager or HR team for handling day-to-day HR operation works.


2. Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities-

Post and refresh job vacancies on internet.

Update JD by coordinating with hiring manager to ensure exact position information.

CV screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc.

Communicate with HR and seniors and arrange interviews according to their schedule.

Book meeting room by use of online system.

Reference check for potential candidates.

Carry out other relative tasks assigned according to business needs.

Requirements:

Female.

Campus student who will graduate in or after 2012.

Major in HR or English and other related major is preferred.

Patience and conscientious, can work with high pressure and responsibility.

Good communication skills.

Familiar with MS especial on Excel/Word/PPT.

English CET-6 and above, excellent in both written and oral English.

Be familiar with the recruitment procedure and interview skill.

At least 3 days per week.
