职位描述：

Key Role & Responsibilities :

Based in Tianjin you will support the development of a portfolio of long-standing, quality clients; being responsible for acquisition residential leases both for retained and non-retained clients.
You will work to bring value to some of the largest and most respected developers/landlords in the region. Your main objectives will be to provide service like home search, lease negotiation, and tenancy management service, as well as introducing tenants to existing instructions with a confident approach to recommendations and knowing when to influence, or adapt to, client demands. Therefore, you must already know how to provide the best brokerage service have a track record of success to demonstrate these abilities.
职位要求：

Knowledge & Skills :

· College education and above.

· Overseas experience in leasing will have top-priority.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Work in an integrated team with a service-minded attitude. Well presented with excellent communication skills.

· Self-driven individual with a positive attitude, willing to work rotating shifts and work under pressure.

· Strong communication skills, initiative and motivation, honesty and faithfulness.
