Open Position: Customer Service Rep（客户服务代表，实习生）

Responsibility:
Issuing contract upon order confirmation.
Approve letter of credit applications from the customers.
Monitor order fulfillment and shipping schedule.
Shipping document management.
Responding to customer queries.
Period:
April to December, 2011.
Full-time Mon to Fri office hours is preferred.
Possibility of formal hiring in 2012 based on performance.
Knowledge and Experience:
Prior work experience in customer service or ocean shipping, or import business sectors.
Good English skills, written and verbal
