Job Duties:

Assist Compliance Manager to closely monitor the branch operation to ensure the implementation of external regulation and internal guidelines, arrange verify to brief the new regulations upon receive;

Monitor the timely distribution of Group and Local regulatory circulars, procedures and guideline implementation;

Supervise the compliance of internal and external returns and reporting and ensure timely submission to CNQ and Local authorities;

Assist Compliance Manager to conduct monthly/regular check, ensure the branch compliance and submit the checking report to CNQ CMP;

Monitor regular training to ensure the staff awareness of compliance and anti-money laundering;

Assist to apply for the launching of new business or product and follow up the approval progress with local authorities;

Arrange compulsory reading of Compliance Officer handbook and Compliance Manual by all Managers and staff officers periodically and keep proper record;

Co-ordinate to handle special requirement from Local authorities, such as survey and reporting.

Job Requirements:

University Graduate, major in Law Related field;

Familiar with the financial rules and regulations;

Good interpersonal skill and communication skills;

Proficiency in both spoken and written English;

Committed, logical thinking and can work under pressure.
