MRI China Group is part of MRI worldwide network,the world's largest global
executive search firm by revenue with over1,100 offices in 35 countries. The company
has made its business to thoroughlyresearch the impact of the local cultures on the talent
acquisition and management process.
The organization has a mixture ofexpatriates who have worked many years in the region
and speak local languages together withlocal nationals who have had exposure to foreign
companies and business practices.
Position: Intern
Job responsibilities:
1. Screen candidates by recruiting call.
2. Provide quality work on data mining,candidate sourcing and data processing
3. Provide support to office administrationwork
Requirements:
1.
Great sense of responsibility
2.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment
3.
Has working experience of "cold-call"
4.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
5.
Familiar with the operation of MS office
6.
Has experience in multinational search/research firm
7. 2th 、 3rd or 4th year university student, can at least work3 days per week .
