Research Associate (Permanent)猎头顾问助理
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting Senior Consultant to follow up the project process；
2. Analyzing job description and efficiently work out target Companies in the right industry;
3. Searching and identifying suitable candidates through various channels;
4. Conducting preliminary screening of the candidates approached;
5. Managing and updating candidate database.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or English preferred;
2. Experience in recruiting or executive search preferred;
3. Effective communicator, good interpersonal skills;
4. Energetic and passionate for the job.
5. Could start work immediately as part time intern before June 2011.
