博世急招 管理信息系统专业应届毕业生
Title: CRM & Easy Parts Specialist
Roles and responsibility:
CRM:
1. Collect and document change request from CRM key users;
2. Key user & end user training regularly;
3. Follow up change request and incident tickets;
4. Communicate with central CRM core team regularly.
Easy parts:
1. Monitor B2B platform ;
2. Customer requirements analysis;
3. Coordinate among platform provider and internal departments;
4. User training and workshop presentation;
5. Project management.
Requirements:
1. It is must to have internship experience in B2B business, prefer to have some knowledge in auto spare parts independent aftermarket business;
2. It is must to have internship experience of dealing with account management, activity management, and complain management in SAP CRM system;
3. Requires bachelor degree or above in "information management and information system";
4. Good communication skill with different people internally and internationally;
5. Ability to influence and convince other people;
6. Smart and good interpersonal skill;
7. Speak English fluently;
8. Good at using excel.
