Field Service Engineer 客户服务工程师

Responsibilities: 工作职责

- Perform start-up, warranty and daily maintenance on system within established time frame;

在规定的时间段内完成设备的安装, 维护及维修;

- Responsible for the operation test of the Novellus production tools with process engineers, help to meet customers' qualification independently;

同工艺制程工程师一起对公司产品进行测试, 以满足客户对产品的技术、质量要求

- Responsible for contacts and communications with customers, provide technical support and maintenance to customers, keep bettering tools within uptime at minimum cost;

同客户交流与沟通,向客户提供技术及维护支持, 能够以最低的成本对产品及工具进行改良

Qualification: 应聘要求

- Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineer or Physics related;

本科学历, 电子工程,机械工程, 电子机械工程或物理等相关专业;

- Can communicate in writing/oral English and Chinese;

能用英语及汉语交流

- Willing to travel and working on shifts;

能适应经常出差及倒班;

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

良好的沟通技巧;

- Good team player.

良好的团队合作精神.
