Position: Finance Operational Controllership - Intern;
Work Location: Yi Zhuang, Beijing (company shuttle bus is available);
Job Description:
This finance intern will support Finance Operational Controller in the following areas:
1. Account reconciliation tool:
Act as the administrator for account reconciliation tool, assign reviewer/preparer, run report from the system, etc;
Monitor the status of account reconciliation, actively communicate with the preparers/reviewer and remind them to finish on time;
2. Due from/due to disconnect:
Actively work with DF/DT team to solve the disconnect;
3. Trial balance report:
Run report during monthly/quarterly closing;
4. Other special tasks will be decided based on business requirement;
Requirements:
1. 4th year undergraduate student who will go to the masters' degree in summer 2011; or 1st year graduate student;
2. Major in accounting, economics or related majors are preferred;
3. Able to commit to work 3 days a week, for 3 months or longer;
4. Good at communication, with good English reading/writing skills;
5. Good excel skills, including pivot table, v look up;
6. Detail oriented;
7. Can do attitude and team spirit;
