1) General introduction
Zschimmer & Schwarz is a global chemical producer and solution provider with headquarter in Germany and over 100 year history, specializing in industrial auxiliaries for ceramic, leather & fur, textile, fibre, surfactant industries.
Zschimmer & Schwarz Chemical (Foshan) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and located in Sanshui District of Foshan.
Now we are seeking for potential talent for the post of GM Assistant. Our GM is a German and needs a strong helping hand in the management of the company and business all over China.
Candidate selected has to prove himself in the post of GM Assistant, and he has the chance to grow to be Assistant GM within a couple years.
Salary will be discussed between candidates and the company.

2) Responsibility
* Helping GM in all aspects of general management of the company when needed
* Project manager for new projects of the company at their preparation and starting stage, e.g. new investment, new product development & promotion, etc.
* A co-controller of purchasing, with Production Manager as the other co-controller
* A co-controller of production cost and inventory, with Financial Manager as the other co-controller
* Supporting all sales departments in pricing, marketing and custoemr service
* In charge of Imp & Exp Department
* In charge of company administration and public relations
* Co-ordinator between different departments when necessary

3) Requirements
* More than three years working experience with good working record
* Bachelor's degree or above, chemical or commercial related background preferred
* Good at speaking, reading and written English
* Good at systematic thinking, data analysis and Windows Office application, esp. Excel
* Good sense of general management, good understanding in working process different departments
* Honest, self-motivated, hard-working, with good people skills
