【Function】
Lean Six Sigma - Customer loyalty

【Location】
Beijing

【Expected Working Time】
3~4 days a week, 6 months

【Expected Starting Date】
ASAP

【Key Responsibilities】
1/Translate customer loyalty survey data from Chinese to English
2/Support to analyze customer loyalty survey & Lean Six Sigma project data
3/Maintain department website
4/Coordinate training and workout
5/Coordinate customer issues with frontline functions

【Required Qualifications】
1/大四已保研、研二（三年制）或研一（两年制）
2/Statistics, marketing or related major
3/Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
4/Skilled at OFFICE software, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5/Detail oriented
