招聘职位：

1. Servo Engineer 伺服工程师

Responsibilities:

- Servo algorithm design and servo tools design for SDET, SSW and new servo-mechanical platform

为磁头测试设备和SSW项目开发伺服控制算法和工具

- Servo algorithm implementation, working with other team to design servo firmware structure for SDET, SSW, Component cost reduction

伺服算法实现,和其他相关部门合作,开发磁头测试设备和SSW设计伺服固件架构,成本控制

- FA and debug for SDET/SSW to improve track following performance of SDET and yield of SSW

为磁头测试设备进行失效分析来提高轨迹跟踪性能和SSW的生产率

Qualifications:

- Master degree or above in Mechanical engineering/Control engineering

硕士及以上学历,机械工程、控制工程、电气工程专业

- Good understanding of control theory (such as classical, modern control theory)

深入理解控制理论(经典控制/现代控制)

- In depth knowledge of DSP/ARM programming and C language

精通 DSP/ARM 等嵌入式系统编程和C 语言

- Familiar with MATLAB and its some tool boxes such as control and signal processing

熟悉MATLAB以及相关工具箱,例如控制/信号处理工具箱

- Code debug techniques

有源代码调试经验

- Good English both written and oral

良好的英语口语和书写能力

2. Vibration Testing Engineer 振动测试工程师

Responsibilities:

-Dynamic/vibration measurement and analysis for performance improvement and failure analysis

设备动力学/振动测量和分析以提高设备的性能和失效原因分析

-Structure optimization and component design to reduce vibration & noise

设备动态性能的优化，振动和噪声的控制

-Create vibration/noise testing procedure and verification criteria

振动噪声测试过程的标准化

Qualifications:

-Master or above in Mechanical or acoustic area, relevant courses on: mechanical vibration theory, vibration & noise controlling

机械振动或声学专业硕士及以上学位，主修过机械振动理论，振动和噪声控制等相关学科

-Experience in use of relevant equipments, such as spectrum analyzer, shaker, signal generator

熟练使用频谱分析仪，激振器，信号分析仪

-Strong self-motivated problem solving attitude

3. Simulation Mechanical Engineer 仿真工程师

Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible for performing fundamental analysis of parts/components/system on dynamics, thermal and electromagnetic analysis and optimization in product development, perform sensitivity analysis to establish effective/efficient approach for structural optimization，and help for failure analysis

负责产品开发过程中从基本部件，组件到系统的动力学，热学，电磁学仿真分析和优化. 参数灵敏度分析以建立有效的结构优化方法，帮助失效分析

- Validation of the simulation results to perfect the simulation modeling and parameter，

验证仿真结果的正确性并完善仿真建模的过程及最优参数的选定

- Develop tools for structural analysis needs to support component and system simulation

Requirements:

- Masters Degree or Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with a strong mechanics/thermal/dynamics/electromagnetic background.

机械工程或相关专业硕士或博士以上学历，有较强的机械/热/动力学/电磁学背景

- Experience with ANSYS finite element analysis and Matlab skills required. CATIA or Solidworks is a plus

4. Firmware Engineer 固件工程师

Responsibilities:

- HDD firmware development, support new functions which improve HDD self-testing ability.

硬盘嵌入式编程开发,提高硬盘自身功能性测试能力

- Integrate the tester hardware components into an effective system and optimize its performance

硬件集成开发，集成各部分测试硬件组件，提高测试机效率和性能

- Perform FPGA code optimization for SSW tester.

针对SSW测试机的FPGA代码优化

- Documentation and its maintenance for firmware development

嵌入式开发文档的编写、整理和维护

Qualifications:

- Master Degree or above in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering

计算机或电子专业硕士或硕士以上学历

- In depth knowledge of C or C programming languages, experience for DSP/ARM development

精通C/C 或汇编语言，有基于单片机/ARM项目开发经验

- Experience for electronic hardware integration engineering

硬件集成项目开发经验

- Independency ability for communication in English

独立工作的英语沟通能力

5. Software Engineer 软件工程师

Responsibilities:

- Design and implementation of interface program based on current test and measurement software

在目前运行的测试软件基础上,设计、应用更满足要求的测试接口以及界面程序

- Development and optimization of Slider testing algorithm and GUI for the tester (SDET), such as SER, and Overwrite.

设计并优化表征磁头性能的测试算法，诸如容错率（SER）, 重写覆盖率（Overwrite）等等

- Documentation and its maintenance for software program

软件文档维护

-Test process optimization to reduce the test time improving DGR

硬盘测试程序的代码优化, 提高DGR

Qualifications:

- Master degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related engineering

计算机，电子、电学工程以及相关专业的硕士以上学历

- In depth knowledge of C/C /C# and graphic user interface programming

精通C/C /C#以及MFC编程

-Familiarity with Windows 98, 2000, XP and Linux application programming

熟悉 Windows 98, 2000, XP ，Linux 应用程序开发

- Experience with driver development. Experience with COM.

具备设备驱动程序开发以及COM接口开发的经验

- Knowledge of version control systems and software debug techniques
