工作职责
Execute order fulfillment both fm direct account and distributors; monitor accurate process orders to maintain system & data integrity with internal control compliance.
Play a key role in A/R collection and DSO control.
Work with sales team as well as customers in achieving high-quality order forecast and customer satisfaction.
Backup other customer service representatives in assigned group.
Support other business activities as required.

任职资格

* University diploma or above, with major in business related commercial disciplines
* Good understanding of trading business, International trading knowledge is preferred.
* Good computer application skill, SAP operation experience is preferred.
* Good at time management and filing.
* Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English.
* Has a pleasant personality, be responsible and good team player, and willing to learn and grow through experience
